Android App vs iOS Browser vs Web
The Android native app stores match schedules, market odds, and account settings locally, which means faster load times even on slower connections. If your browser shows a security warning about the APK, this is normal — the file is signed by april's certificate and safe. On iOS, if bookmarking does not work, open Settings → Safari → Advanced and ensure JavaScript is enabled. If you experience crashes or slow loading, clear your app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → april → Storage → Clear Cache; iOS: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and reinstall. We monitor Bandung, Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, and Surabaya server performance to ensure consistent connectivity across Indonesia.
Data Security & Account Permissions
april uses SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your payment credentials — whether mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or direct bank details — are tokenised and never stored in full on our app. We request permission to send notifications (Android), access your camera for identity verification photo uploads, and access location data only for compliance checks. Your national ID and proof of address are encrypted and retained only for KYC verification and regulatory compliance. We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law. Password reset links expire after subject to verification; account recovery requires email and SMS verification.
